Marshall A Hope Award

Established at the 1982, 101st National Encampment, in honor of PDC Marshall A. Hope, 24 Sep 1905 - 20 Dec 1981. 

Marshall was a well know columnist and historian of Oneida, New York. who apparently also owned a men’s clothing store.  He and wife, Norine, had two daughters, Carol and Cynthia. His Grandfather Marshall B. Hope, served as 1Sgt. of Co. E, 11th PA Cavalry, 1862-1864.
