National Encampment Tour
The tour will occur on Thursday morning 30 July, 2026. Tour stops will include: the Eternal Light Peace Memorial, dedicated on the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg, the State of Virginia Monument, where Lee observed Pickett’s assault, and the Bloody Angle, where Union forces repulsed the Confederate attack on day 3 of the battle and the site of many reunions of the battle’s veterans.
Schedule
8:30 am - tour group meets in the lobby of the Aspire hotel
8:45 am - tour bus departs for Gettysburg National Park
9:00 am - tour bus picks up licensed battlefield guide
12:00 pm – tour bus returns to the hotel.
There are no restroom facilities available on the tour bus
