William H. Frey William Harrison Frey who served as a Private in Company H, 92nd Regiment of the Ohio Volunteer Infantry from August 8, 1862 to June 10, 1865. He as mustered out of service in Washington DC. Following the war, he became a member of the J.C. Caldwell Post #21 of the Grand Army of the Republic in Moundsville, West Virginia.
