GAR Neal Post #62, Shelby County, Ohio

In April 1871 the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) Neal Post #62 was organized in Sidney, Shelby County, Ohio. It lasted for 72 years until its last member, B.W. Joslin (Company K, 134th Ohio Volunteer Infantry) passed away in December 1943. At the time of his death, he was the GAR Ohio State Commander.

The photograph was taken July 26, 1926 and shows left to right: William Clawson, possibly S. H. Boyles, Calvin Shaw, William H. Munford, Byron Joslin, A.H. Hite, David Coffman, and A.
