Lester P Huston

Lester P. Huston was born in Pleasent Run, Ohio, January 31, 1842. He enlisted December 26, 1861 as a Private in Company C, Ohio Volunteer Infantry and was promoted May 2, 1864 to Sergeant in Company F, 167th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. He was a member of Wetzel-Compton Post #96 Hamilton Ohio. He served as First Vice President on the Hamilton, Ohio Committee (1901) for the construction of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in that city. Photograph and information provided by T.
