Jacob Nevel Jacob Nevel was born in 1844. He enlisted and was mustered as a Private on August 22, 1862 into Company F, 149th Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (Bucktails). He was killed at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania on July 1, 1863.
