Jacob Breon

Jacob Breon enlisted as 7th Corporal on August 11, 1862 into Company H, 36th Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry. He was promoted to 6th Corporal on August 8, 1863 and 4th Corporal on November 20, 1863. He was listed as a Prisoner of War on April 25, 1864 at Mark's Mills, Arkansas. He died in Camp Ford, Tyler, Texas on August 25, 1864. His body was never found.
