Henry Foote Barker

Henry Foote Barker was born December 1847 and died March 1906. He mustered into the 102nd Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry on January 1, 1862 as a Musician (drummer boy) for Company M. He mustered out with his Regiment as a Veteran on June 28, 1865. He was a member of the B.B. Shaw Post #63, Grand Army of the Republic, of Piedmont, West Virginia.
