The list of names to go with the picture was obtained from the librarian at the Wonewoc, Wisconsin Public Library. We are assuming that the two unknown persons are William P Visgar and one of his brothers or brothers-in-law, possibly David Stoughtenger, who was presumably also a member of GAR Post #53. This picture has been in our family for years, unfortunately, no one knows for sure which one is William P Visgar. hotograph was submitted by Jim and Cindy Visgar.
