Council of Administration Board Room Votes The following six items were reported August 10, 2002 by National Secretary Ed Krieser at the 121st National Encampment, on votes taken by by the Council of Adminsitration (CoA) in the CoA's electronic Board Room:
Donation of $2,500 to New York Police and Fire department fund and $2,500 to the Salvation Army: 8 votes yes, 0 votes no.
Printing of the year 2000 Proceedings at the Lansing, Michigan printer as previous proceedings: 8 votes yes, 0 votes no.
Purchase of file cabinets. The vote was 8 votes not to purchase the cabinets at this time but to continue to look at other means of storage and sorting material in the near future.
Request for permission to use the SUVCW name and emblem on the logo of the Internet Webring: 7 votes yes, 0 votes no, 1 vote absent.
To allow camps that are now or in the future exist in the State of Georgia to become part of the Department of Tennessee: 8 votes yes, 0 votes no.
To appoint Brother Linn P. Hoadley, national Membership-at-Large Coordinator: 8 votes yes, 0 votes no.
