National Encampment Proceedings
[These Proceedings] should be in the hands of every member of the Order, as it furnishes an official record of our organisation obtainable in no other way. They will be more valuable as years roll on and the faces and forms of brothers now familiar to us all, whose names and deeds we have here recorded, shall have passed from our sight. Our children will peruse these pages with interest and say, verily, “Great oaks from little acorns grow.” Commander-in-Chief Frank P. Merrill
