Changes to C&R by the 135th National Encampment, Springfield, Illinois
A total of 21 amendments to the Constitution and Regulations were made by the National Encampment this past August. While the C&R is being updated, we are publishing these amendments here on the website for all to peruse until such time that the new C&R document is made available.
