Cornelius Eastling

Cornelius Eastling was assigned to the 43rd Wisconsin Infantry. He enlisted in Company F, 43rd Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, September 2, 1864 at Fond du Lac, Wisconsin by Captain Phillips for one year. Eastling had gray eyes, was 5 feet 9 inches, had dark hair, fair complexion and was 30 years old. His residence was the Almond, Wisconsin. He was honorably discharged and mustered out June 24, 1865, at Nashville, Tennessee. Photograph submitted by Cornelius Eastling's great grandson, Ed Gusman.
