Robert D. Houp Robert D. Houp was born in 1846 and died in 1942. He served as a Private in the 8th Kentucky Infantry Regiment (USA), Company D from 1862 - 1865. He was wounded in the leg at the battle of Chickamauga. The photograph was taken at the Houp family reuninon in 1936.
