Chessman Haney

Chessman Haney enlisted as a Private on August 14, 1862 at the age of 22. He was mustered into Company A, 116th Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry on September 16, 1862 at Gallipolis, Ohio by Captain Frank P. Muhlenberg. He was mustered out of service on June 15, 1865 at Richmond, Virginia by 2nd Lieutenant Jere Horton.
