15. At the 2004
Encampment it was recommended by William Mason, PCC that Camps, once
again, be asked to include their Eagle Scout activity in their end-of-year
reports. This is a
very important function of our order and we need to see a true picture of its
production. I
now charge each Camp to make an accounting of their Eagle Scout activity to the
Department in their end-of-year report.
