For the Department newsletter to do the proper job in keeping the Department membership informed of what good things are going on in the Camps, the Camps need to report those happenings to the Editor of the Volunteer. I urge each Camp to send that pertinent information to the Editor of The Volunteer, Robert F. Paul, Jr, 48 Antler Dr., Big Flats, N.Y. 14814, bob@madison-atlantic.com on at least a bi-monthly basis.
