1. Having received
approval of the New York Department Council, all New York Camps who claim exemption of
National per capita dues for Brothers in the service of the United States Armed Forces,
and serving in active combat zones,
as ordered in General Orders No. 18, Series 2003-2004, are hereby exempt from New York
Department per capita dues.
2. I heartily encourage all
Camps to waive Camp dues for our Brothers in harm's way.
May they soon return safetly to their loved ones.
