1.      It is with great sadness and profound regret that I announce the passing of Real Son Roswell Chaplin.

2.      Brother Chaplin’s father was Roderick Chaplin of Company F, 10^th Vermont Volunteer Infantry.
Brother Chaplin was a member of the Col. George Willard Camp No. 154 of Albany.

3.      I hereby charge all Camp Commanders to drape Camp Charters in his honor for a period of 30 days.
