1.  This year's Department Mid-Year Meeting will be held on January 12, 2008 at Danny Wheeler's home, and Department Archives.
There will be a donation lunch. Department Officers will submit a report at this time.

      In addition, there will be discussion on Department site location for the 2009-2010 Encampments.
Those on the Site Committee, please have your information ready.
