1. A persistent problem in our Department is the submitting of reports that are either late. The Department Annual Report is to be filed by May 31st. The Department Secretary can not meet this deadline if Camps fail to file their reports on time, and this adds extra expense to the Department.
It is necessary to bring before you the following sections of the SUVCW regulations:
Article 1; section 7: A Camp failing to pay per capita tax or neglecting to forward reports within the time specified by law may be suspended by the Department Commander..
Any Camp that is having problems with any Department reports will contact the Department Secretary. I ask any Department officer and any member of our Department to make themselves available to assist any Camp having such difficulties.
