Dear New York Department Brothers:
In order to
create a written record of the events listed below, for archival and future research
purposes, I submit the following Department Orders to our Department of New York:
1. It is
with appreciation for years of service to the Department of New York, that I accept the
honorable surrender
of the Charter of the Lewis Payne Camp 89 of Tonawanda, by its
Commander, Robert Schweitzer.
2.
It is with appreciation for years of service to the Department of New York,
that I accept the honorable surrender
of the Charter of the Wilderness Camp 99 of Candor, by its
Commander, James Russell, PDC.
3.
It is with great pride and pleasure that I wish many years of success
