Saturday, our Delegates, visitors and their guests will enjoy the hospitality of our hosts at
The Waterloo Hotel and the banquet coordinated by the Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War.
The following is our expected buffet menu, subject to change as necessary:

North-Eastern Dinner Buffet

Garden Trio Salad with Ranch, Italian and Thousand Island Dressing,
home-style mustard potato salad, rotini pasta with vegetables,
black olives @ tomatoes tossed in Italian dressing,
roasted new potatoes, seasonal fresh vegetables,
country fried chicken, roast sirloin of beef au jus,
assorted desserts with coffee, decaf, & herbal tea
