Appeal of William T. Ryerson to overturn opinion No. 5 of PCinC Donald Darby
The Commander-in-Chief denies the appeal. The procedures for filling an appeal as outlined in Article VI Discipline of the C&R have not been followed.
Commander-in-Chief encourages Brother Ryerson to follow the procedures as described in the C&R to obtain his restoration of Rank.
