1. Upon the recommendation of Ohio Department Commander Charles Reeves, and the vote of McPherson Camp #66 to cease to exist.  The Commander-in-Chief being fully satisfied that all efforts to preserve the McPherson Camp #66 have been taken.  It is ordered the Charter of the McPherson Camp #66, Department of Ohio, is revoked.
   
   
2. The Charter and all Camp materials, financial and material, shall be surrendered to the Department.
