Department of Colorado and Wyoming

1. During the annual Department encampment of the Department of Colorado and Wyoming they have accepted at the suggestion of the Commander-in-Chief the honor and responsibility to add the state of Idaho to their Department boundaries.
2. The Department name shall remain the Department of Colorado and Wyoming
3. The Department may change its name by a majority vote after one year.

The Commander-in-Chief expresses his appreciation of the vote of the Department of Colorado and Wyoming.
