This is to announce that pursuant to the National Regulations of our Order, Chapter II, Departments, Article I, Charters, Section 8, Departments shall be composed of one or more states, commonwealths, republics, territories or the District of Columbia. All camps within the geographical area assigned to a Department by the Commander-in-Chief must become part of the Department. In accordance with this section, I am today assigning the geographical area included within the boundaries of the State of Georgia to be part of the Department of Tennessee. All camps in this area are now under the jurisdiction and authority of the Department of Tennessee.
