Department of Texas

1. In consultation with the Department of Texas and their officers we have agreed to place the states of New Mexico and Louisiana in the Department of Texas. The Department has accepted the suggestion of the Commander-in-Chief and will add the states of New Mexico and Louisiana to their Department boundaries on 15 May, 2011.
2. The Department name shall remain the Department of Texas.
3. The Department may change its name by a majority vote after one year.

The Commander-in-Chief expresses his appreciation to the Department of Texas.
