1. As Commander-in-Chief, I wish to make the following awards with my congratulations to the recipient Departments, Camps and Brothers:

A. Abraham Lincoln Award (Most Outstanding Camp) - Curtenius Guard Camp #17, Department of Michigan;

B. Cornelius Whitehouse Award (Most Outstanding Brother) - Richard Williams, Curtenius Guard Camp #17, Department of Michigan, for all his hard work and the years of devotion to our Order;

C. The Marshall Hope Award (Best Newsletter) - The General W.S. Rosecrans Camp #2, Department of California;

D. The Davis - Linder Award (Most New Members) - Department of Pennsylvania;

E. The Grant Trophy (Highest Percentage of New Members) - Department of Iowa;

F. The Department with the Most New Members Under 40 - Department of Pennsylvania; and

G. Departments receiving framed certificates for three or more new Camps - Departments of Ohio (4), Nebraska (3), Tennessee (3), and California (3).

2. The following 10 Brothers have brought into the Order three to five new members and will receive a certificate and a yellow ribbon to wear under the badge as a National Aide:

Douglass Knight, Timothy H. Downey, Tracy Lucas, Douglas B. Windle, William Poulton, John Gleason, George Weinmann, Earl Allen, Keith Harrison, and Bill Rave.

The following four Brothers will receive a certificate of appreciation for organizing four new Camps in the Ohio Department:

Craig Keller, Paul Huff, Lt. Col. Robert B. Beach, and James Houston.
