1. It is with deep regret that I announce the passing of Brother Arthur Clark of Chaplin Camp #3 in Bangor, Maine. He and his brother George were presented Real Sons certificates and SUVCW badges at the gravesite of their father on 23 August, 2003. Brother George passed away in 2005 and Brother Arthur passed away on 31 August, 2010. Their father Edwin Clark served in the Union Navy aboard the Maria A. Wood. Brother Clark was born in February 1916 to the late Edwin T. S. and Lillian S. (Sweet) Clark; Art was a WWII Veteran and served with the Royal Canadian Army Service Corp.
2. Condolences and cards may be sent to son Richard A. Clark and daughter-in-law Wendy Moore at the Fundy Funeral Home at 230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, New Brunswick E2J2G3.
3. It is ordered that the National Web site, the Charters of all Departments and Camps and membership badges be draped in black for a period of 30 days from the date of this General Order.
