All are wearing badges, and the U.S. flag is on a pole behind them. Identified in the photo are Capt. George Washington Russell, Simon Peter Smith, John Hayes, and Isaac Keck. Also said to be present in the photo, but not identified, are Wiley McElhaney, Captain Cluck, the Seals brothers, the Keck brothers, the Upton brothers, the Cox brothers, the Williams brothers and the Hopper brothers.
