All of the following Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW) forms, documents, and available online National Proceedings may be printed from the Web directly to your local printer, with original page formatting intact. However, in order for you to do this, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader existing on your computer. Acrobat Reader is freely available for download to your computer from the Adobe Web site.

The layout of this page has changed to reflect the fact that almost all forms are now "fill-in" forms, that is, they may be filled out online and then printed. All of these forms may be downloaded and saved on your computer, as you have done in the past.

If you click on a form name and nothing happens, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

If you click on a form name and Acrobat Reader loads, but the document does not appear, you may have an old version of Acrobat Reader. Try upgrading to the latest version of the Reader software.

Even if you already have Acrobat installed on your computer, new versions are periodically released and keeping your Reader program current will allow you greatest access to these documents an their features. Click this icon below for downloading Adobe Acrobat:

PDF formAll PDF forms identified with this icon may be clicked to automatically download and open on your computer.
Fill-in formForms identified with this icon are "fill-in forms" that may be filled out online, then printed to your local printer. This eliminates the need to fill out forms by hand, and keeps finished forms looking neat and clean.

Technical note: If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7, you cannot save forms with your data filled-in. In previous versions of Acrobat, you CAN save it to your computer by clicking "save as" and giving the form a different filename.
